When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event details, expected guest count, venue, menu preferences, service requirements and campaign-source information.
How We Use the Information
We use the information to review your catering request, prepare a response, contact you, coordinate follow-up and improve how enquiries are handled. Form details are emailed to the catering team and stored privately in the WordPress administration area.
WhatsApp Follow-Up
After a successful form submission, the website prepares your enquiry for WhatsApp. Information sent through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Retention
Website enquiry records are automatically removed after 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active booking, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligation.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your website enquiry information by emailing iqbalcatering523@gmail.com or calling 01713334040.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to limit access to enquiry records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
